Mission

To make and grow disciples of Jesus Christ

Vision

To be a relationally networked Church demonstrating the presence of God and His Kingdom and incorporating those coming to faith in Jesus.

Values

Care for people of all nations through English language ministry.
Both Inherited and Emerging modes of Church in as much as they serve the vision and mission.
Empowering Leadership which enables people to serve God and grow.
Authentic and whole hearted worship and prayer.
Small Groups where people can serve and grow to maturity.
Loving relationships and caring support.
Organisational Structures which are functional and enable God’s Spirit to work without restriction.
Hospitality.
A clear biblical basis for teaching and practice.
People functioning in their gifts.

What does this statement do?

Mission Vision and Values provide a triangular framework for defining what we are about and where we are going. It also helps identify distractions and irrelevancies. This definition of Mission, Vision and Values is offered in the belief that everyone needs to carry the Vision in their heart. When this happens there is potential for multiple initiatives and and creativity.
