On Pentecost Sunday we remember the powerful birthing of the church as the Holy Spirit fell on those waiting to receive Him.  This message preceded the baptism of a child born to Dutch parents in the Netherlands and a Singaporean student temporarily resident in Eindhoven who wanted to fully embrace the Christian faith afer some years of exploration.  The promises of God in Baptism were claimed by an adult for himself and by Parents and Godparents for a child.  We have much to celebrate.

Recorded on Sunday, May 1, 2016

This exercise enabled all those present to appreciate their difficulty with receiving or even seeing commands issued.  This put us in the zone to grapple with the Gospel passge where three times in John 14 Jesus links love of God with obedience of God.
